[Investigating] IT Services are investigating issues with T4 which is currently showing as unavailable - users are still able to log in but are unable to carry out any actions and are seeing a "something went wrong error". This will impact any t4 admins who want to make changes to webpages. Further news to follow.

Essential network maintenance will take place on Wednesday, September 25, from 5 to 9 pm. During that work, the wireless service on campus and the VPN service will be briefly interrupted for 10 minutes between 7.50pm and 8.20pm. Services should be considered at risk during the work, but every effort will be made to ensure no additional interruption outside the above-mentioned period. [Investigating] There is an issue currently where UoB managed iPhone users are having issues accessing their UoB emails via the Outlook app on their devices. IT Services are investigating this issue and hope to deploy a fix shortly. More updates to follow. UoB Outlook email accounts can still be accessed on an iOS 18 device via a web browser.

[Identified] An issue has been identified with the Abaqus 2024 license which is affecting some lab PC's and the Engineering Remote Desktop service.
