8x8 Contact Centre maintenance: Thurs 13th February

Description

8x8 has informed us that they are making a change to the Contact Centre platform overnight. 13th Feb 0:00-04:00 8x8 have stated this will not be service affecting. Users who log in for the first time after the change (Feb 13th usual business hours) may see the broadcast banner/pop notification that would have been sent during the change. Users are to dismiss/close the notification. Should users encounter any log in issues please ask them to clear their browser cache. [Investigating] There is currently no network (wired or wireless) in the following locations: Hiatt Baker - F block Durdham Hall - D block IT Services are working with 3rd party contractors to locate the faults. Service is unlikely to be restored today. Further updates to follow.

[Investigating] A workaround has been found and service has been restored for Hiatt Baker - F block. IT Services in conjunction with contractors are still working on a permanent repair. Durdham Hall remains as before with no wired or wireless network currently. Further updates to follow.

[Investigating] There has also been an additional issue reported affecting the network in Hiatt Baker Halls (Q block) - wired & wireless down. IT Services are on site investigating.
