8x8 has informed us that they are making a change to the Contact Centre platform on 17th March 23:00 - 18th March 03:00 8x8 have stated this will not be service affecting. Users who log in for the first time after the change (March 18th usual business hours) may see the broadcast banner/pop notification that would have been sent during the change. Users are to dismiss/close the notification. Should users encounter any log in issues please ask them to clear their browser cache.
