Self Service Cloud - Ongoing Issues as a result of essential maintenancePlanned Maintenance

Description

Following essential maintenance in late November 2024, unfortunately the Self Service Cloud (CaaS) service is still being affected ongoing issues. At present, users are unable to create new VM's. A resolution is due to be deployed next week, with an estimate that the service will be fully resumed by 19th December 2024
