IT Services will be replacing its current self-service platform with a new cutting-edge IT self-service tool designed to enhance engagement and support for staff and students. This launch heralds the beginning of a comprehensive series of planned developments to enhance IT services over the upcoming years.
The new IT Self-service platform, Halo, will be launched on 18 June 2024 at 8am, replacing the current tool, Ivanti.
The IT self-service site, bristol.ac.uk/it-support, will be closed at 5.15 pm on Monday 17 June and will reopen at 8.00 am on Tuesday 18 June.
