From 17 April, the University will check compliance of all macOS devices of main staff and postgraduate research students. Compliance will be applied to groups over several days to allow IT Services to manage any issues that may arise. Main staff and PGRs will need to register personally owned macOS devices following the guidance: bristol.ac.uk/it-services/personal-mac .
University-provided macOS devices must be on a supported version of macOS and registered with the University for compliance checking. Guidance can be found on the page above under FAQs.
