Description
Virgin Media will no longer support a number of old telephone lines and we need to move the following numbers to a new cloud-based solution to avoid losing these numbers. The work will take place on the morning of Tuesday 6 February. While the numbers are ported, external incoming calls will not be received. Internal calls and outgoing calls are unaffected. This typically takes one hour but due to the amount of numbers this could take up to 4 hours or longer.
