Interruption to incoming calls for a range of numbers on the morning of 6 FebruaryPlanned Maintenance

Description

Virgin Media will no longer support a number of old telephone lines and we need to move the following numbers to a new cloud-based solution to avoid losing these numbers. The work will take place on the morning of Tuesday 6 February. While the numbers are ported, external incoming calls will not be received. Internal calls and outgoing calls are unaffected. This typically takes one hour but due to the amount of numbers this could take up to 4 hours or longer. The number ranges affected by this change are: - 01173310200 - 01173310999 (800 numbers) - 01173311000 - 01173311399 (400 numbers)  - 01173311400 - 01173312999 (1600 numbers) - 01173313000 - 01173313299 (300 numbers) - 01173313500 - 01173314999 (1500 numbers) - 01173315000 - 01173315999 (1000 numbers) - 01173316000 - 01173319997 (3998 numbers) - 01173942000 - 01173942999 (1000 numbers) - 01173319999  If you have any queries or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the IT Service Desk, bristol.ac.uk/it-services/contacts (Ref: C2311-309)
