An upgrade to the managed print service, Print Release (devices that require you to login with your Ucard), will take on Tuesday the 25 April
We have been advised by the supplier, Canon, that during the upgrade between 8.00 am and 4.00 pm the ability to send items to print will be unavailable. During this time, it will not be possible to send or print documents or use the Scan to Email function using the Print Release service.
The upgrade is required to address issues with the Email to Print function following changes to security standards introduced by Microsoft.
Please note that this work will not affect stand-alone printers or the work of Print Services, who may be able to assist with high-priority urgent printing requirements.
