This database underpins a number of web-based services which will be unavailable during this time. Those affected include:

- Printing Services website
- Public Relations Office - Event Programme
- Development and Alumni Relations Office
- ACRC application forms
ResNet
- Manage My ResNet
- ResNet automatic status monitoring
