Emergency work is required on the departmental filestore, also known as the GPFS service. This is scheduled to take place between 11am and 3pm on Tuesday 5 July.
During this time services listed should be considered at risk:

Please note that elements of the departmental filestore are used by a wide range of services to perform certain functions.
Elements of business services may be affected and include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Temporary Network Storage
- Voicemail Service
- ZB-ALSPAC filestore
- Web departmental ‘media’ folders
- Interact
- ZD-GELY Geophysics Suite Business 2
- RX-Works
- Patient Management System For Veterinary Cases
IT staff will be checking services during the work to ensure prompt recovery should any issues arise.
