[Monitoring] If you are looking for assistance or are experiencing any issues recording your attendance using the Bristol App then please ensure you have fully read the guidance at bristol.ac.uk/students/your-studies/teaching-and-learning/registering-attendance before contacting the IT Service Desk to report your issues.
We are also monitoring some issues that have been reported regarding compatibility between the Bristol App and devices upgraded to iOS 18. If you are experiencing the latter issue then please be aware that you can still record your attendance using the web browser version at check-in.bristol.ac.uk
